Complaints
If anything goes wrong, email support@ukunderground.com or use the contact form and we will do our best to put it right promptly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days.
Reporting a security vulnerability. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website or in any Strictly Underground software product, please report it through our legal notice form (choose "Security vulnerability report"). We acknowledge reports immediately with a reference, aim to respond within 5 business days, will not pursue good-faith researchers who respect user data and give us reasonable time to fix, and provide security fixes for our software free of charge.
